Terms

These terms apply to quotations and work carried out by S&K Glazing Limited trading as Shopfront Shutters.

Quotations

Quotations follow a site survey, are itemised and are valid for 90 days.

Payments

A deposit is taken on acceptance, a stage payment on the first day of installation and the balance on satisfactory completion, as set out on your quotation.

Changes

If the specification changes, or something unexpected is found once the existing frontage is removed, you are told before any extra work is carried out.

Guarantee

Guarantee terms and manufacturer warranties are set out on your quotation and passed to you on completion.

Fixed-price call-outs

Consumers have 14 days to cancel a service booked online. If you ask us to attend within that period and the work is completed, the right to cancel is lost for the part performed.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Nothing in them affects your statutory rights.
